Jessica Kisner
Road Safety Manager, WRI Colombia, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities
Jessica is the Road Safety Manager based in Colombia. She supports and oversees the local teams to reach their goals, monitoring and aligning all projects according to the deliveries and scope of work.
Prior to joining WRI, Jessica worked in urban planning focusing on topics of alternative mobility, public space, and economic innovation in different cities around Colombia. Her previous work was with Ciempiés, Caminos Seguros, a mobility project directed to students that sought to make their experience walking to school safe and fun.
Jessica holds an M.S. in Design and Urban Ecologies from Parsons The New School of Design in New York City and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a minor in Geography from Los Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia.
Jessica loves to travel around the world discovering new places, food, and community-driven spots. She likes to do yoga, dance, and walk with no particular destination. She lives in Santa Marta.
