Eleanor Jackson
Communications, Engagement and Research Associate , Electric School Bus Initiative, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities

Eleanor Jackson is a Communications, Engagement and Research Associate on the Cities team. She works on the Electric School Bus Initiative researching how equity and environmental justice intersect with school bus electrification. She also works on the project's communications team creating equity focused content and advising on partner and youth engagement.
Prior to joining the Electric School Bus Initiative, Eleanor worked on projects for WRI's Urban Mobility team. She focused on vehicle electrification project in Latin America and Asia. Before joining WRI, she interned for Senator Angus King Jr. She holds a B.A. in Global Studies from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
Eleanor is based in San Francisco and enjoys spending her free time in the ocean.
