As the Senior Research Manager for Energy, at the World Resources Institute, Xixi leads research and data analytics to create financing solutions and resilient mineral supply chains that support transformative energy transition technologies, especially in emerging markets.

Before joining WRI, Xixi worked at the Environmental Defense Fund, focusing on initiating and strengthening corporate partnerships to develop sustainability strategies and implement clean energy solutions across global supply chains. As a certified Energy Manager, Xixi has also worked with the Association for Energy Affordability, where she improved energy efficiency in multi-family buildings, particularly within lower-income communities in New York.

Xixi earned her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Peking University and her Master's degree in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Originally from Beijing, she currently works remotely from New York City.
