Briana Fowler-Puja is a Research Associate with the U.S.-International Engagement team. She organizes climate and energy dialogues between U.S. participants and counterparts in China, India, and Europe.

Prior to starting this role, Briana worked with WRI's Electric School Bus Initiative and the Workforce Development Institute of New York, researching and writing about the U.S. transition to electric school buses. She has several years of experience working on diverse, multi-national teams. The first of these experiences was an internship in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, where she looked at methods to improve waste management practices.

Briana holds an M.P.A in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She also holds a B.S. in mathematics and a B.A. in Asian studies with a minor in Japanese from Lehigh University.
