Leonardo Barbosa is a Data Science Analyst at WRI Brasil, working in the Food, Land & Water Program. He is part of the Data and Monitoring team, contributing with geospatial and socio-environmental analyses across diverse projects.

With experience in both the public sector and the nonprofit sector, he has worked on initiatives focused on sustainable regional development and on supporting research in ecosystem conservation and restoration, always using data analysis as a key element for decision-making.

Leonardo holds a degree in Territorial Planning and in Sciences and Humanities from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), where he is also a master’s student in Territory Planning and Management.
