Laurie Lewis is a Communications Specialist with the WRI Polsky Center for the Global Energy Transition. He supports the growth, reach, and engagement of the Center’s work across its digital channels, helping to amplify insights and impact through strategic storytelling and omnichannel campaigns. Before rejoining WRI, Laurie served as Communications Lead for the Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy (PACE) and as Communications Specialist for the Circular Food Systems for Rwanda project, both WRI-hosted initiatives. He has also worked with systems change agency Metabolic, the UK Government, and in the commercial sector in London.

Laurie holds degrees from the Universities of Cambridge and Bristol. He is committed to advancing the reach and influence of scientific insights and data through well-crafted campaigns and creative communications.

Originally from London, Laurie lives in Amsterdam with his wife and their growing family.
