Kim is a Grants & Finance Specialist II on the Health and Road Safety Team in WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Kim primarily works on the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety, as well as other projects across the Health & Road Safety Portfolio. Kim is responsible for overseeing the budget, financial management, funder reporting, and subaward management.

Prior to joining WRI Kim spent over 10 years at a nonprofit in Colorado administering and managing Medicaid funds for individuals with IDD. Kim also has experience with federal Community Developmental Block Grants and managing large matrixed budgets.

Kim has a Master’s degree in Social Science Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, both from the University of Central Florida.

Kim and her husband live in Florida with their daughter, and loves attending concerts, cooking, and exploring parks with her family.
