Antonio Ouro is a Climate Policy Analyst at WRI Brasil. He is part of the Climate program and contributes to activities related to advocacy and monitoring of climate policies, monitoring of international climate negotiations and the implementation of climate governance and Just Transition projects.

Before joining WRI, Antonio was part of the CDP Latin America team, where he specialized in the study of international climate governance processes and worked closely during the execution of the first UNFCCC Global Stocktake. He is experienced in writing technical documents, organizing events and conducting meetings on topics related to climate change.

Antonio has a degree in Public Policy Management from the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH) at the University of São Paulo (USP).
