Quantifying How Much New NDCs Would Cut Emissions
As countries submit updated national climate commitments (NDCs) ahead of COP30, understanding the ambition of these pledges is critical to assessing global progress toward tackling the climate crisis.
Join us on June 24 for a deep dive into the NDC Tracker, Climate Watch’s latest tool, which now quantifies the additional emission reductions from new NDCs and how much they help close the emissions gap to 1.5°C or 2°C. The NDC Tracker also allows users to assess individual country targets and compare them to each other or to 2030 and 2035 global targets.
During the training, experts will share what you need to know about the national commitments submitted so far and show how to get the most out of the NDC Tracker for your own analysis and insights.
