Join us on February 23 at 10 AM EDT | 4 PM CET for an interactive training to learn how to use Climate Watch to gain insights on countries’ climate commitments, generate custom visuals and access raw data for further analysis.

Climate Watch is a free online platform designed to empower policymakers, advocates, researchers, media and other stakeholders with the open climate data, visualizations and resources they need to gather insights on national and global progress on climate change.

This month’s training will include a focus on the key visualizations from Climate Watch, and how you can access and utilize the data behind them. We’ll also explore topics from the top 10 greenhouse gas emitting countries to comparisons between previous and updated NDCs.

During and following the training, attendees are encouraged to ask questions and request demonstrations for how to access useful data.

Speakers:

  • Leandro Vigna, Data Partnerships & Outreach Manager, Climate Watch, WRI

  • Brynne Wilcox, Communications Coordinator, Systems Change Lab, WRI
