Delivering Climate Ambition in Developing Countries Through P4G
Ahead of the 2021 P4G Seoul Summit on May 30-31, join a discussion on how to help developing countries make progress on their increasingly ambitious climate goals by financing, incubating and scaling market-based solutions.
This pre-summit webinar will highlight ways P4G is bridging the gap between commitments and action on the ground in food, water, energy, cities and circular economy and preview what the 2021 P4G Seoul Summit is looking to achieve. It will feature solutions for the Biden administration to implement its ambitious climate finance agenda and contributions the U.S. can make to scale a pipeline of partnerships and build new markets in developing countries.
The event will also feature case studies from P4G partnerships, including zero emissions shipping, de-risking renewable energy investments in southern Africa, sustainable freight in Colombia, and financing women-owned businesses in Indonesia. These are just a few of the innovative, market-based solutions P4G is supporting to match investors and financial mechanisms with great projects that are transforming society and delivering on the SDGs.
