Hosted just in time for Earth Day, WRI’s Cool Food initiative will present a live online demo of how to choose foods that are less resource intensive to produce and turn them into an easy meal that packs both a flavor and sustainability punch. Cool Food Pledge member Genentech's professional chef Jenem Martin is whipping up a low-carbon recipe that will teach you new cooking techniques and introduce you to flavors sure to wow friends and family.
After registering, you will receive the complete recipe, equipment and ingredient list all in plenty of time to prepare for a fun-filled hour of cooking, chatting, and eating. No matter your skill level, cook along with us and celebrate Earth Day in Cool Food style!
