Climate Implementation Tracker: A New Tool to Track Climate Actions
This year is a critical year for countries to raise climate ambitions and keep the world’s warming to 1.5C, as outlined in the Paris Agreement. To assist countries in tracking and visualizing progress of climate actions, World Resources Institute has developed the Climate Implementation Tracker (CIT) - Beta.
The CIT aims to provide suggestions on accounting for countries’ mitigation and adaptation objectives and operationalizes the tracking and reporting guidance in the Climate Policy Implementation Framework, the GHG Protocol Mitigation Goal Standard and the GHG Protocol Policy and Action Standard.
Join our webinar to learn more about the critical importance of tracking climate actions and an expert demonstration of the tool. The presentation will include an interactive Q&A session with WRI experts.
