Talia Chorover
Associate II, Climate Resilience
Talia is an Associate in WRI’s Climate Resilience Practice (CRP). Talia leads engagement for the Adaptation Action Coalition and CRP's locally led adaptation initiative. She also supports research and project management across WRI's international adaptation portfolio.
Prior to joining CRP, Talia worked with the NDC Partnership as a Knowledge Tools and Research Associate, supporting countries in their efforts to plan and implement NDCs. She began her work at WRI as a research analyst intern with the Global Commission on Adaptation.
Talia completed an MS in Natural Resources at Cornell University with a focus on community-based research and climate adaptation. Prior to her graduate studies, Talia worked as a biological scientist with the National Park Service in Alaska and California. She holds a BA from Oberlin College in Geology and Environmental Studies.
Talia lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband, Tom and their dog, Georgie.
