Stéfany Ferreira de Lima is an Intern in Socioeconomics and Climate Finance. She is part of the Climate, Economics, and Finance Program (CEF) team, contributing to technical research, data analysis, and supporting projects and initiatives that integrate social and economic development with climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts, as well as climate finance.

Before joining WRI Brasil, she worked as a volunteer researcher at the Observatório de Política Externa Brasileira (OPEB), producing content on environment, climate, and agriculture. She is currently a member of the BIO-JUST research group, which investigates environmental justice in the application of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS), with a focus on Payments for Environmental Services (PES) in the municipality of Extrema, Minas Gerais.

She is an undergraduate student in Science and Humanities and International Relations at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC).
