Robson Wilson da Costa Martins
Engagement Analyst

Robson Martins is a Mid-Level Engagement Analyst in the Forests and Land Use Program, where he works on forest restoration projects with a focus on community engagement and institutional coordination.
Before joining the organization, Robson contributed to research projects in the state of Pará through NAEA – Federal University of Pará (UFPA), and collaborated on socio-environmental initiatives across the Amazon region in partnership with NGOs and grassroots organizations.
Robson holds a degree in Environmental Management from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and an MBA in Digital Product Management from Faculdade Galícia, combining environmental expertise with digital innovation and strategic management.
Rob currently lives in Belém, Pará, and is the father of Laura and a growing collection of plants that are part of his daily life.
