Renata Schweiger is a Mid-level HR Analyst at WRI Brazil. She is part of the HR team and supports the strategy and restructuring of the area with a focus on Training, Development, People, and Culture. Renata holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre (UFCSPA).

Throughout her career, she has deepened her knowledge in areas such as leadership development, organizational culture, corporate learning, and team engagement. Before joining WRI Brazil, Renata worked in Human Resources with a focus on Training & Development, performance management, and strengthening organizational culture, supporting leaders and teams in building more collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented environments. She has experience in structuring training programs, facilitating workshops, monitoring individual development plans, and initiatives focused on employee engagement and experience.
