Luke is a Grants and Finance Associate for the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities Core Functions teams, including Global Operations, Communications, Strategy & Partnerships, and Funds Development. He manages grants, contracts, and revenue distribution, and is one of the main trainers and mentors to the Grants and Finance Specialists of the Cities program. He also works closely with WRI’s core operations teams and the international offices to ensure alignment on financial management and donor reporting and adherence to institutional policies across the network.

Luke holds a B.A. in Middle East studies from Boston College and a M.A. in International Relations from the University of Chicago.

Luke loves music and has been playing guitar for two decades. He is an avid home bartender and enjoys cooking, running, and visiting national parks and breweries (bonus points to areas of the country that feature plenty of both).

He and his wife live in Rhode Island with their beloved—and spoiled—cat, Furson.
