Ramiro Zepeda
Grants and Finance Specialist I, Coalition for Urban Transitions
Ramiro Zepeda is the Grants and Finance Specialist I for the Coalition for Urban Transitions based in Washington D.C. He joins WRI’s Cities Program to advance solutions for today’s environmental challenges. In this capacity, Ramiro processes agreements, contracts, and purchase orders. He monitors program deliverables, tracks project performance, and maintains the program's budget and funding.
He comes to World Resources Institute from VHC Medical Brigade, where he worked as a Program Associate, providing data analysis for the water and sanitation projects. He also supported the organization with project development in Honduras' rural areas while assisting with nonprofit operations and logistics.
Ramiro obtained his degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in finance from American College in Nicaragua.
