Lucy brings with her extensive HR leadership experience across international organizations, government agencies, and consulting firms.

Before joining WRI, she was the Director of People Organization and Culture at the International Planned Parenthood Federation. Previously, she held leadership positions at Adam Smith International and the Metropolitan Police Service in London.

Lucy has been passionate about climate change and nature for many years, and enjoyed working on these issues. She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Currently based in the UK, Lucy has experience living and working in Kenya and the US. She lives in London with her husband, 16 year old twins Jack and Ella, and Gracie, the rescue greyhound.
