Daria Castro is a Planning & Operations Associate in the global People & Culture team. She works at the intersection of HR strategy and operations, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of global People & Culture priorities. Her role includes overseeing cross-functional projects, enabling effective strategy tracking and reporting and strengthening operational processes across the function.
Prior to transitioning into planning and operations, Daria spent over nine years supporting C-level executives, where she developed a strong foundation in organisational coordination, stakeholder management and executive-level decision support. She is known for her ability to operate with precision and discretion while navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
Daria holds a Master’s degree in EU Politics, Business, and Law and is fluent in English and Russian. She brings a structured, analytical approach to her work, with strong capabilities in research, process improvement and translating strategic priorities into practical delivery.
