Lara Horn

Lara Horn is an Urban Financing and Economics Analyst at WRI Brasil Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She works in the Network for Financing Sustainable Infrastructure in Cities (FISC Network), as well as other projects related to urban financing to transform cities in low-carbon, resilient and inclusive environments.
Prior to joining WRI Brasil, she worked as a compliance and internal audit associate, focusing on credit union audit projects.
Lara holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, in Germany, and also a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), in Porto Alegre. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq.
