Karen Truluck
Project Manager, Priceless Planet Coalition
Karen Truluck manages the Global Restoration Initiative’s Priceless Planet Coalition for WRI.
Prior to joining WRI, Karen led the government relations team at a health-tech nonprofit where she assisted governments in reopening their borders following the COVID-19 pandemic. Before that she managed a large portfolio of projects focused on restoring natural resources impacted by the Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
Karen holds bachelor’s degree in International Relations from The University of the South (Sewanee) and a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from King’s College London.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys running, baking, and traveling. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and dog, Ruby.
