Julio Alves is a Project Coordinator for Sustainable Food Systems at WRI Brasil. He coordinates initiatives that connect regenerative food production, resilient agroecosystems, and integrated landscapes within Brazil’s climate and land-use agenda.

Julio holds a B.S. in Geography from São Paulo State University and is a master’s candidate in Sustainable Development & Rural Extension at the Federal University of Lavras.
