Joan Nthiga, a seasoned communications specialist, brings over 16 years of expertise in collaborating with international organizations in Kenya and beyond. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to formulating and executing communication strategies for diverse development projects.
Joan's focal point revolves around environmental and community empowerment, fueled by her deep affection for writing narratives that showcase Africa's resilience, for Africans. Leveraging her higher education background from Australia and a Masters degree in Business Management, Joan channels her knowledge and skills to collaborate with teams, driving impactful change in areas such as environmental protection, local capacity building, and project management support.
Beyond her professional endeavors in environmental communications, Joan is a steward of her family farm. Here, she actively nurtures a burgeoning forest and collaborates with her local community to foster similar initiatives.
