Alin holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University in The City of New York. Alin is a climate research analyst on the Climate team at WRI Indonesia. In this role, Alin is involved in developing Just Energy Transition (JET) studies, including formulating indicators for just energy transition in collaboration with the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas). Additionally, Alin continues studies on Just Transition in the energy sector, explores carbon pricing issues, and vertical integration of climate change adaptation through case studies in two provinces in Indonesia.

Alin is also active in international forums. Alin was selected as one of 27 global participants in the Climate Policy Innovators Youth Camp (UNFCCC, UNDP YECAP, Youth4Capacity) in 2025 and serves as Indonesia's youth representative in the Regional Training Workshop on National Adaptation Plan organized by RRC.AP, RCC Asia and The Pacific, and Japan's Ministry of the Environment.

Outside of work, Alin enjoys drinking coffee, playing tennis, and running.
