Gabriella Maduã is a Communications Analyst at WRI Brasil.

She is part of the Forests, Land Use, and Agriculture team and works on communications for the Restoring Biomes in Brazil project, linked to the Global Environment Facility's Integrated Ecosystem Restoration Program (GEF-8).

Before joining WRI Brasil, she was heavily involved in environmental, youth, and climate justice campaigns. She contributed to communications for the Youth, Environment, and Climate Change research project and for projects carried out by the Amazon Concertation Working Group, in coordination with young environmental activists from across Brazil. In these projects, she mobilized institutional partners and produced high-impact content.

Gabriella is an indigenous journalist, graduated from Anhembi Morumbi University and a postgraduate student in Strategic Communication and Brand Management at the Federal University of Bahia.
