Francisco Minella Pasqual is an Urban Mobility Analyst at WRI Brasil Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. He currently works with innovation and the future of urban mobility, accessibility analysis and contributes with projects of the urban development area. He also is a member of the local Diversity Working Group, where they deploy actions to increase diversity and inclusion inside the organization and in its projects.

Before joining WRI Brasil Ross Center, he worked as a research assistant at the Laboratory of Transportation Systems (LASTRAN) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where he worked with walkable cities.

Francisco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Transportation from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Urban Planning at the same university. He was an exchange student at KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) in 2017.
