Francisco Gandolfi de Tulio is a Senior Climate Action Researcher at WRI Brasil. He is part of the Climate, Economics, and Finance team and contributes to the development of research and studies on increasing climate ambition in Brazil, as well as the implementation of actions toward climate neutrality and enhanced climate resilience.

He holds degrees in Law (2016) and Social Sciences (2022) from the University of São Paulo and a Master’s degree in Law and Development from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Before joining WRI, Francisco worked as a Senior Public Policy Analyst at CDP Latin America. He has experience in research and policy advocacy on Climate, Forests, Climate Governance, and Just Transition.
