Fabrice Mugabo serves as a Climate Adaptation Associate within the Resilience and Adaptation Mainstreaming Programme (RAMP). He works to contribute to creating an active adaptation finance program in Africa working both with Ministries of Finance and Universities.

Before joining the World Resources Institute (WRI), Fabrice gained valuable experience in various roles, including as a climate finance specialist at the East African Community Secretariat, an Environment Program Officer at the UNDP Mauritius office, and as the coordinator of the National Adaptation Planning (NAP) process in Rwanda within the Ministry of Environment.

Fabrice is academically equipped with a Master's degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Rwanda.

He currently resides in Kigali with his wife Elodie and their two daughters, Atete and Namata.
