Evelyn Lewi
Financial and Investment Analyst
Evelyn Lewi is a Finance & Investment Analyst at WRI Brasil. She is part of the Economics and Finance team within the Forests Program, working on the development of innovative financial solutions in the nature finance agenda to support forest restoration, food systems, and sustainable land use. Her work includes the design of financial mechanisms, engagement with businesses and local organizations, and the development of models that connect capital to high-impact socio-environmental initiatives.
Before joining WRI Brasil, Evelyn worked at the consulting firm ERM (formerly NINT), supporting ESG advisory projects for investment funds through socio-environmental risk analysis, due diligence, and integration of ESG factors into financial decision-making. She also served as a Research Resident at FGV’s CEMIF, focusing on studies related to microcredit and financial inclusion.
Evelyn holds a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA in Impact & ESG Finance from the same institution.
