Ela Dhankhar is an intern for UrbanShift, a WRI Ross Center program supporting sustainable and inclusive urban development in cities across the global south. She supports the UrbanShift team through research and engagement on different solutions for urban sustainability and managing urban growth.

Ela is in her third year at the University of Maryland, College Park, pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Public Policy and Economics. With a focus on global health and development.
