Bruna Beloso is a Senior Transport Decarbonization Analyst at WRI Brazil, where she supports initiatives to accelerate the transition to low-emission public transport in Brazilian cities. She works on developing financial solutions and coordinating efforts among cities, operators, and financial institutions, contributing to making public transport decarbonization projects more viable and scalable.
Before joining WRI Brazil, Bruna worked at a law firm in the United Kingdom, focusing on infrastructure financing projects, including railways and metro systems. She also worked at a consultancy dedicated to tax-incentive projects for infrastructure located in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil.
Bruna is a lawyer, registered in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with emphasis on Public Policy, Innovation and Public Purpose, from University College London (UCL), and a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.
