Bárbara is a Senior Sustainable Food Systems Analyst in the Forests, Land Use and Agriculture Program at WRI Brasil. She has always worked with research, whether with primary data collection, market research or in the academic area. Now she is part of the team to contribute technical support on topics such as Family Farming, Food and Nutritional Security (SAN) and Public Policies.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the School of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the Federal University of São Paulo (2014), a Master's degree in Applied Human and Social Sciences from the Interdisciplinary Program in Applied Human and Social Sciences (MICHSA), at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, State University of Campinas (2018) and is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Food Engineering in the Postgraduate Program in Food and Nutrition at Unicamp.
