Avra Saslow
Data Analyst, Data Lab
Avra Saslow is a Data Analyst within the Data Lab. She works across the organization to improve core data management and practices, and helps build processes and tools to aid WRI's suite of data products.
Prior to joining WRI, Avra worked with SparkFun Electronics to develop projects and content for cutting-edge hardware electronic technologies. She has also worked with NOAA to create coastal digital elevation models (DEMs), and NSF-funded academic projects that monitor streamflow and sediment transport across the U.S.
Avra has a degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Computer Science, with concentrations in Creative Technology and Design, and GIS. She also has an Earth Data Analytics Certificate from the Earth Lab at CU Boulder.
Avra lives in Boulder, Colorado, and is an avid mountain biker, whitewater kayaker, and woodworker.
