Ashleigh Zosel-Harper is an Associate with The Forest Data Partnership (FDaP), a multi-sector engagement with Google, NASA, SERVIR, Unilever, FAO, and GIZ SAFE. FDaP brings together leading organizations, governments, and private-sector partners to address the challenge of improving land-use data to reduce commodity-driven deforestation and restore degraded lands. In this role, Ashleigh contributes to strategic planning and partner management, works closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across diverse partnerships, and leads FDaP's monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

Prior to joining WRI, Ashleigh worked in evaluation and learning for educational initiatives and women’s rights programming. She worked with the New York City Department of Education in two equity-focused roles with Pre-K-For-All and Computer-Science-For-All, and she was a Fulbright Public Policy Fellow in Samoa with the Ministry of Women, Community, and Social Development, where she evaluated gender and family-based anti-violence programming.

Ashleigh holds an M.A. in Public Administration from the New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a B.A. in Planning, Public Policy, and Management from the University of Oregon.

Ashleigh lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family.
