This paper explores how the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) can continue to lead on ambitious climate action, despite being disproportionately vulnerable to climate change impacts and contributing minimally to global emissions. It highlights over a decade of bold mitigation and resilience actions, showing how these countries advance a clean energy transition even with limited access to finance and investment.
