Webinar: Guidance for Apparel and Footwear Sector Companies to Set Science-based Targets
Learn about the draft guidance, including recommendations on setting targets for scope 3 emissions.
Apparel and footwear companies account for a large and growing amount of GHG emissions each year. Meanwhile, more and more apparel and footwear companies are setting or committing to set science-based targets for their greenhouse gas emissions. WRI is developing sector-specific guidance to support companies in this process.
The first draft of the guidance, which can downloaded from the Science Based Targets initiative’s website, is the product of six months of engagement with stakeholders. Your input will help to further improve the document and make it a useful tool for companies to develop science-based targets.
