This interactive tool presents a review of the voluntary sustainable finance commitments of the largest private-sector banks. The findings focus on aspects of the commitments’ design, accountability, and transparency, as well as the portfolio context of the banks. By presenting the commitments in plain, contextualized terms, the tool can help improve understanding of banks’ sustainable finance commitments and, by doing so, help drive greater flows of private capital toward solving global sustainability challenges.
