Yaren Kıtay holds a bachelor’s degree in English Translation and Interpreting from Beykent University, Istanbul, Türkiye. Following her graduation, she worked as a Translator at Huawei Türkiye and UCLG-MEWA, and joined the WRI Türkiye team in July 2022.

At WRI Türkiye, she contributes to corporate and event communications as well as digital content production, and leads communication processes for projects focused on urban mobility, urban development, and climate action. She also manages the Turkish–English translation and editorial processes of the organization’s publications.
