Prior to WRI, Vatia’s career spans various sectors, including construction, tech startups, and academia.

With a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, Vatia combines advanced academic knowledge with practical HR expertise to foster organizational excellence and employee wellbeing.
