Tyler Shadrach is a Grants and Contract Specialist in the Operations Department. He brings a diverse background to the role, with experience in public health, Department of Defense contracts, and the finance industry. As a former Division I athlete, Tyler has a proven track record of effective time management and a strong work ethic.

Before joining WRI, Tyler worked at a mortgage company where he started as a mortgage processor and eventually advanced to become a project manager on the business development team. Prior to working in the finance industry, Tyler worked on contracts with both the CDC and the Department of Defense.

Tyler holds a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University.

When he's not working diligently for WRI, Tyler enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering at his high school alma mater, specifically with the football program. He also has a passion for traveling and exploring new places.

Outside work and volunteering, Tyler shares his life with his loving fiancée, Jasmyn, and a 90-pound Rottweiler mix named Tyson, who keeps him company.
