Prior to joining WRI, Tejel was a Senior HRIS Workday Specialist at Avid where she was the Lead Analyst supporting the global implementation of Workday 2012. She is passionate about Workday and Technology and the ability to transform business requirements into Technology solutions that drive business results and improve employee experiences. She specialises in Core HCM, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Integration, Security, and Reporting.

Tejel has a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of West London.

Tejel lives in Greater London and enjoys travelling, baking and crafts.
