Shefaali is the HR International Manager for the Global Human Resources team.

Prior to coming to WRI, she worked as a policy advocate for energy efficiency and human rights protections for climate change refugees in the United States. She also practiced commercial litigation.

Shefaali holds a B.A. in environmental studies and political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.

She lives in Washington, DC and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
