Shannon is a Senior Graphic Designer in the Communications department. She works to help expand organizational visibility and impact, and influence decision makers to advance solutions for today’s environmental challenges.

Prior to joining WRI, Shannon worked as a graphic designer for a small political consulting firm. She was their sole designer and completed numerous projects across various design types. Shannon also worked as a freelance designer for her own company.

Shannon holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She graduated in 2009 and moved to the D.C. area in 2011.

Shannon currently lives in Arlington, VA. with her husband, Jason, and their cats, Carl, Agamemnon, Halbarad, and Ted.
