Satish is a Junior Budget Associate – Operations at WRI India, based in the Bengaluru office. In this role, he supports project budgeting, financial tracking, and operational coordination. He maintains and updates project budgets in Workday, supports forecasting, and works closely with accounting, payments, HR, and program teams to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance with grant and contract requirements.

Satish brings over nine years of experience in equity research, financial analysis, and financial modeling in a hedge fund environment. His work has involved conducting fundamental analysis of companies, evaluating financial statements, and identifying investment opportunities across sectors such as consumer discretionary, retail, and restaurants. He has also built financial models, performed earnings analysis, and supported portfolio management decisions through data-driven insights.

Satish holds an MBA in Finance from Pondicherry University, along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Commerce from Andhra University.

Outside of work, Satish enjoys reading books, watching movies, and visiting new places. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu, which helps him connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
