Sara is the Climate Database Management Associate for the NDC Partnership Support Unit. As part of the Knowledge & Learning team, she works to inform the partnership’s initiatives by leading knowledge management systems and developing analytical products.

Prior to joining the NDC Partnership, Sara lived in London, U.K., working as Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer at Right To Play. In this role, she managed organization-wide programmatic reporting and knowledge management, and provided technical M&E support to various country teams. Previously, she was Research Officer at the London-based Lumos Foundation. She also served as a Rural Education Development Peace Corps Volunteer in Zambia, where she extended for a third year to help document the impact of World Vision’s Gender-Based Violence Survivor Support project.

Sara is a dual U.S.-German citizen. She holds a B.A. from New York University, where she studied International Politics and Africana Studies. She is currently completing her dissertation for a Master of Research degree in Politics at Birkbeck, University of London. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking new vegan recipes, hiking, and playing team sports.
