Santiago Londoño is the Strategy and Global Coordination Manager for WRI Europe, based in The Hague. He works alongside WRI Europe’s Executive Leadership to identify and drive strategic priorities across local and global dimensions, ensure the effective functioning of the Europe Executive Office, and strengthen alignment between WRI Europe and the broader One WRI network. He also supports the design and implementation of WRI Europe’s strategy, key institutional processes, and high-level external engagement.

Prior to joining WRI, Santiago worked as a Communications Officer for a Colombian grassroots-oriented NGO focused on peacebuilding, the protection of human rights defenders, and territorial rights, working alongside a diversity of Colombian communities. He has also worked in the production of audiovisual material and written journalism for organizations such as UNITAR and Reconciliación Colombia.

Santiago holds a master’s degree in Media, Culture and Society from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, alongside a bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a focus on audiovisual production and journalism, from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.
