Santiago Londoño is the Strategic Coordinator for the European Executive Office based in The Hague. He works to ensure that teams are aligned around the delivery of WRI's strategy and supports efforts for cross-cutting collaboration within the Institute. He works closely with WRI's Global Vice-President and Regional Director for Europe, Stientje van Veldhoven, by supporting the achievement of Stientje's Institutional priorities both in Europe and Globally.

Prior to joining WRI, Santiago worked as a Communications Officer for a Colombian grassroots-oriented NGO which focused its work on Peacebuilding, the Protection of Human Rights Defenders, and Territorial Rights, alongside a diversity of Colombian communities. He has also worked in the production of audiovisual material and written journalism for a diversity of organizations such as UNITAR and Reconciliación Colombia.

Santiago holds a master's degree in Media, Culture and Society from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. This alongside a bachelor's degree in Communications, with a focus on audiovisual production and journalism from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.
