Rosalie Toupin is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for Strategy, Learning & Results. She supports Executive Vice President Janet Ranganathan in the Washington, DC office and provides administrative assistance to the Executive Office.

Prior to joining WRI, Rosalie served as Deputy Scheduler and Executive Assistant for Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire. She holds a B.A. in Government from Smith College and lives in Washington, DC with her cat, Millie.
