Rosalie Toupin is the Executive Assistant to WRI's General Counsel, Saurabh Gupta. She provides administrative support to the full Office of General Counsel in the Washington, DC office.

Prior to joining WRI, Rosalie served as Deputy Scheduler and Executive Assistant for Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire. She holds a B.A. in Government from Smith College. In her free time, Rosalie enjoys hiking with her dog, crafting, and volunteering in DC.
