Roman is a Project Management Specialist and a Business Administration & Management (PMP) professional, bringing over 7 years of expertise to the realm of project management, proposal writing, business development, financial administration, and coordination of international development projects. His leadership spans core program management functions, overseeing grant implementation and capacity-building initiatives, predominantly funded by USAID, NIH, World Bank, European Union, and the Danish Refugee Council.

Prior to joining the NDC Partnership's Support Unit, Roman collaborated with San Diego State University (SDSU), where he provided operational support to Clinical Research Centers in West African regions funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH). His comprehensive experience extends across diverse sectors, mainly international development initiatives.

Roman holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration, with a minor in international law and a concentration in peace and conflict studies from the American University of Afghanistan.
